Why this exists

Search stopped being a list. For twenty years a professional firm could be findable by being good, patient, and reasonably well organized online, because a prospect saw ten options and picked among them. That is not how the question gets answered now. A person asks, and something answers with two or three names.

Most firms have no idea whether they are in that answer. The ones that are usually got there by accident. Nobody at a law firm or a brokerage or a dental practice should have to become an expert in structured data to find out, and yet the cost of being absent lands entirely on them.

That is the whole reason for this. It is a specific, technical, ongoing job, and it is worth doing properly for a small number of firms rather than adequately for a large number.

What we believe

• The work is the product. Software is how the work gets done. It is not what you are buying, and we will not ask you to learn any.
• Small on purpose. Ten firms is what one senior operator can run properly. Growing past that means hiring, not stretching.
• Say the uncomfortable thing. If a program will not pay for itself in your category, that is worth telling you on the first call. We would rather lose the sale than manage the disappointment.
• No lock-in. Month to month, thirty days notice, and the content is yours. If the work is good you should not need a contract to keep us.

Where we are

We are based in Gilbert, Arizona, and a good number of our clients are within an hour of us. We work with firms elsewhere too, because none of this requires being in the same room. If you are in the state and would rather do the first conversation in person, we would prefer that as well. More for Arizona firms.
