Does AI search really matter for a dental practice?
Yes, and most for the cases that pay. Nobody researches a cleaning, but a patient weighing implants, clear aligners or veneers asks a lot of questions first, and more and more of those questions go to ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI answers. Those tools reply with two or three practices, not a list of ten. In a 2026 ListedInAI study, dentists were one of six industries tested, and 86% of the businesses studied never appeared in a single AI recommendation.
We already have a marketing company. Why would we need this?
Most dental marketing companies run ads, build websites or handle recall emails. Very few work on whether AI assistants name your practice, and fewer still report on it question by question. We can work alongside your current vendors. If we would just be duplicating what they already do well, we will tell you on the first call.
How much of my team's time does this take?
Very little, and that is the point. A kickoff session at the start, a short check-in every two weeks after the first month, and approving what goes out under your name. We write the content, post to your Google Business Profile, set up the review requests and draft the responses. Your front desk keeps doing their job.
Can you guarantee my practice shows up in ChatGPT?
No, and be wary of anyone who says they can. Nobody controls what an AI assistant says. What we can do is put in place everything those tools look for when they decide who to recommend, track whether it is working for the questions your patients actually ask, and report it to you honestly every week.
How long before we see results?
Google Business Profile and review improvements often show up within the first couple of months. Getting named in AI answers takes longer, because it is built on published content and third-party mentions adding up over time. Plan on months, not weeks.
How do you handle HIPAA and dental advertising rules?
Carefully. Review responses never confirm that someone is a patient or mention their treatment. That is where a lot of practices accidentally cross a privacy line. Content follows the advertising rules dentists work under, such as using the word specialist only where the doctor holds a recognized specialty. And nothing publishes without your approval.
Do you work with practices outside Arizona?
Yes. We are based in Gilbert, Arizona, but the work is done remotely and we take dental practices anywhere in the United States.
Is every dental practice a good fit?
No. If your practice is built mostly on hygiene and routine insurance work, the math is harder to make work. We are the right fit for practices where a single patient can be worth thousands of dollars: orthodontics, cosmetic, implant and full-arch, and other specialty care.
