How it works
We do the work. You approve it and read the report.
There is no implementation project, no software to learn, and nothing that lands on your office manager's desk. Here is exactly what happens and what it asks of you.
The first thirty days
We start by finding out where you actually stand.
- Baseline
We run the questions your prospects ask across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google's AI results, and record exactly where you appear and where your competitors appear instead. This is the number everything gets measured against later.
- Audit
Your site, your Google Business Profile, your structured data, your citations, and your reviews. We find what is broken, what is missing, and what is quietly working against you.
- The question map
We build the list of questions worth owning in your category and rank them by what they are actually worth to your firm. Nothing gets written before this exists.
- First fixes
The technical and profile work that does not need debate. Crawl access, schema, categories, service areas, name and address consistency. Most of this lands inside the first month.
Every month after
Eight areas, worked continuously.
- AI Answers
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot now hand people a short list of firms. We work to get yours named, and we track whether it worked, question by question.
- Answer Engine Optimization
Your pages get built to be quoted. When a model goes looking for a trustworthy sentence about your specialty, it should find yours.
- Organic Search
The fundamentals still carry the load. Fast pages, clean structure, and real depth on the services that actually pay your bills.
- Google Business Profile and Maps
The listing most prospects see before they ever reach your website. Categories, hours, service areas, photos, and posts, kept current instead of claimed once.
- Reviews and Reputation
Ratings feed search rankings and AI answers alike. We help you earn reviews on a steady rhythm and respond in a way that reads like a firm people trust.
- Content
The questions your prospects ask before they call, answered better than any firm near you has bothered to answer them.
- Press and Citations
Local news, industry mentions, and the directories that carry weight in your field. The sources both people and machines treat as proof you are real.
- Structured Data
Clean markup and consistent details, so every system agrees on who you are, where you practice, and what you actually do.
Two more things run underneath all of it. The optimization loop, where we revisit published work as model behavior shifts and rewrite what lost ground. And reporting, covered below.
What you get
A dashboard and a document.
The dashboard
Log in whenever you want to see where you are being named, what has published, and what is queued. It is also where you approve content, which is the only thing we ever need from you. No seats to fill and nothing to learn.
The monthly document
One report in plain English. Where you showed up, what moved since last month, what shipped, and what is next. Written so you can forward it to a partner without translating it first.
What we need from you
Less than you are expecting.
- Access, once. Your website and your Google Business Profile. We handle the rest of the setup.
- Approvals. Content goes out over your name, so you see it first. Most clients spend twenty minutes a month here.
- The occasional answer. When we hit something only you know, a deal you closed, a service you stopped offering, we ask. That is the whole ask.
Questions
Before you ask us.
What do you actually do each month?
We publish against the questions your prospects ask, keep your Google Business Profile current, fix technical and structured data problems as they appear, pursue press and citations, and re-run your priority questions to see what moved. You get one written report and a dashboard you can check any time.
Do I have to learn any software?
No. You get a dashboard to read reports and approve content, and that is the only thing that ever asks anything of you. We run the tooling.
How long before anything changes?
Technical and profile fixes show up within weeks. Being named in AI answers is slower, because it depends on published work and third-party sources accumulating. Expect early movement by month two or three and a real shift by month six.
Who writes the content?
We do, and you approve it before it publishes. Nothing goes out over your name that you have not seen.
What happens if I want to stop?
Thirty days notice, any time. The content stays yours.

See where you stand before you decide anything.
The findability check is the same baseline we run for clients in week one. It is free, and it tells you whether any of this is worth your time.
No obligation
- No call required to get the report
- If we are not a fit, we say so
- We run five a month
